A cap conceals the clamp bolts for improved airflow around the stem 3T was one of the first companies to accomodate Garmin mounts into the stem design for a streamlined look that offers better aerodynamics than traditional mounts. Your Garmin will sit at an ideal angle that promises quick at-a-glance views.
