The alternative to racks and panniers, seat post mounted, large capacity seat packs are now the touring and adventure cyclist standard. The Blackburn Outpost Seat Pack mounts easily to nearly any bike utilizing two velcro closures around the seat post a quick buckling system to the seat rails and is adjust for loads big or small. While it does come with its own water resistant stuff sac, the harness will also accommodate many standard dry bags for additional weather protection when necessary.
