As legions of riders continue to sing the praises of the 1x lifestyle, there is now no shortage of 1x specific chainring options. As its name indicates, Kore's version of the hallowed 1x chainring employs a patent pending hooked tooth design with narrow/wide teeth for "Stronghold" chain retention that doesn't require a chainguide. The Stronghold chainring's authoritative design is CNC machined from resilient 7075 aluminum, giving it a prolonged life expectancy (of course that depends on how hard you shred.) Compatible with 9/10/11 speed chains, the Kore Stronghold allows a 1x arrangement on just about any drivetrain.
