The Taz 1500 truly is the ultimate all-in-one solution. Whether you are flying down singletrack after work, or heading downtown to fetch milk and eggs for tomorrow morning, the Taz outshines many car headlamps to lead the way. With the crossover rider in mind, Light and Motion has created a light that produces a high lumen output, yet is extremely lightweight and compact. Engineered with a 3 CREE LED array, the Taz 1500 features custom reflector/optics that diffuses the lower LED lamp to cover an ultra-wide spread down in front, while the top two LED's project forward to penetrate the darkness out further, optimizing lead time and brilliantly illuminate both wide turns and sharp turns. If you've been on the fence about upgrading your road or mountain light, the Taz serves as an attractive upgrade for both.

As a dedicated commuter and road cycling lamp, Light and Motion recognizes that side lighting is just as vital to safety as head lighting. Side lighting doesn't necessarily enhance rider visibility, but more so enables visibility for drivers to see the rider. The Taz 1500 strategically features side lighting to maximize visibility on roadways with a dedicated button to switch the side lights on and off.

Shorter days mean wetter days. As the winter chill moves in and the sun grows shy, most of us are forced to ride in the dark. It just wouldn't make much sense if a keen cycling light wasn't waterproof. Knowing this, Light and Motion designed the Taz 1500 to test fully water proof in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Therefore, when the skies open up, this sealed water proof design may not get you home dry, but it will get you home safe.

There won't be any stopping for batteries at your neighborhood pharmacy as the Taz 1500 is USB rechargeable, providing the most common, versatile and convenient way to charge up.
