The Ritchey Comp Streem II Road Handlebar is all about one thing. Speed. It's got a short reach, shallow drop, and anatomic feel with a redesigned wing-shaped top section that both cuts through the wind when you're flying, and allows you a broad platform for climbs. It might not matter to you, but the 38x22.5mm wing section is UCI-approved, because they do look at those things on race bikes sometimes.
